MY PINK STAMPER DESIGN TEAM MONTHLY PROJECT

glad you made it to my blog to see what i made for this
My Pink Stamper
latest stamp collection set release.
we were to use an "unique fold card" for our challenge.
i had made a step card before but not a center one. i looked it up on the internet and found a nice tutorial. i will try my best to explain it to you but it is actually pretty easy to make.
i also used "flowers & friendship" for this project.

Life is Nothing without Friendship
5.5"
(center step card)
you need a piece of sturdy cardstock measuring
5.5" x 11".
you will mark this piece of cardstock with a pencil (just a dot or small line will do it) at one inch from the top and another mark at 6.5", leaving one inch from the edge of cardstcok.

INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE CLICK ON PHOTO FOR A BIGGER VIEW
AND...embellish as your precious heart desires, :P

the flower is from the sophie cricut circle cartridge.
the papers used are from making memories: note worthy collection 2008
the ones i used for the flowers are from DCWV: mi casa

thanks for stopping by!
it is always very much appreciated---more than you can imagine :)

A BIRTHDAY CARD WITH SWEET TREATS

a friend of my son's birthday is coming soon and i made this card for her. she was "daisy mae" on the musical "lil' abner" where my son was lil' abner.

Have the Happiest Birthday!
4.5" x 5.5"
i used the cricut cartridge sweet treats and this cake is image #17 on the overlay.
it was cut at 2.75 inch.
the background was stamped and then stickles (glitter glue) were added on the dots.
the tiny butterflies are from a paper punch i own. i love that little butterfly--- :-)

the sentiment is from my pink stamper from the fabulous phrases stamp set
this stamp set has fourteen (14) sentences. all for different occasions.
as you can see i also added stickles to the "blue icing" and to the butterflies.
the bottom orange strip was paper punched for a beautiful border.

this is the inside and this inside sentiment is NOT from my pink stamper and i really can't remember what is the brand and i am too lazy right now to get up and look, lol.

 this is the completed card.
(i ended up rounding the corners).

i just wanted to share it with you.

have a great weekend!

A PINK-A-LICIOUS HOP WINNER AND A FLASHBACK

i am getting ready for the upcoming holiday and my son's room is all cleaned and organized. the cleaning was a major task that took me a bit over a week because we all know i just can do bits at a time, but i am satisfied with the results.

below is just an invitation i made last year while being a designer for the cuttlebug spot. i was asked again to be in the team for the re-opening but i had to deny for lack of time at this moment. you should remember to stop by their site and have fun with the awesome challenges nilda comes up with

loving these fall colors and the scarecrow is just adorable.
he is actually from a pack of embellishments i had in my stash.
you can see/learn more about it

NOW....the winner of this FABULOUS stamp set from My Pink Stamper is:
who is and said:
Melissa, you just won the stamp set below and you have three days from today to claim it.
