I spent my weekend in the hospital. I had so much pressure on my chest and was very short of breath. I know you guys do not know but I had an open-heart surgery (I had a valve repaired)  in 2007 and never really recouped to my normal being. So, with that said my diagnosis was pericarditis (inflammation of the sac that surrounds and protects the heart), and the second diagnosis was fibromyalgia. Anyhow, I was there since Friday until today and I asked my husband to bring me the G since I was going to have time to get familiar with it while getting treated. Of course I had to take a photo with my cell phone and here it is: "G N ME" again, lol. I feel much better though, still short of breath but I am glad it wasn't anything threatening.
I praise God for it.

  1. I'm so sorry you had to go to the hospital and got stuck there. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts. Glad your dh brought you your G so you could play with it :-)

Hope your doing okay and that's a really cute picture even though you've been stuck in the hospital for a few days, you can't tell. (well except for the hospital gown. lol!)

    PS. Feel better SOON!!! :-)

  2. Thanks so much for being such a nice fellow. Lots of catching up here in the house today :) especially, lots of laundry. I have been going up and down a lot and my breathing is a bit better today. Thanks so much for the love :)

  3. Sorry you had to go into the hospital but glad you got a definitive diagnosis and are on the mend. Enjoy your site.

  4. i came to your blog from the cricut mb to see your enchanting wreath, admired your talent and started lurking, i mean looking around at your other creations, beautiful!!! read of your hospital visit and thought i would remark here and let you know your work reaches out to others and when we scraplift ideas we are sharing your creative heart with others.

  5. Thanks Helen, your thoughtfulness is very touching.

  6. just back from the dentist and saw your post about my cairn terrier, scamp...she is a resue dog and we have had her four years and we miss her even when she is at the groomer for two hours, the house just feels so empty. i can therefore imagine some of the feelings that have you considering rescuing. we had search many sites then just focused on the breed that we were interested in and contacted the local breeder and she hooked us up right away with scamp!

when i commented on your blog earlier i certainly did not expect a response but thank you for taking the time.

  7. I am sorry you were in the hospital, and I am hoping you are doing much better. I just looked around and love all your beautiful work. Prayer to you for your health..Christina
