CARD SWAP FOLLOW-UP

Hello my dear friends.
I want to give a big Thank You again to all who are participating in this
"Flowerdiscosscraphut First Card Swap"
(wow, that was long, hehe)

Please, read carefully
In the beginning I was thinking just making one card but maybe that is not that much fun and some of you mentioned more than one. The themes you suggested were All Occasion, B-days, and /or Holidays.

Since we are doing this swap as a team
I need everyone to agree or disagree
until everyone is comfortable with what we can do.

I have 16 participants. There are 12 months and almost in every month we have a holiday. We can add 4 occasions to make it 16 and that is an even Steven, lol.

***To make this a bit easier each person's number will be the number in the order you signed up.

Example:
#1- Jessica W
#12- Val
and...
#16- Erin

***I also found this "safe to visit" website  with funny monthly holidays/special days you can use if you want too, for any out of the box/out of the norm ideas, lol.

Here is
My First Option/Suggestion:
making only one card... and each one will have the month of the number in which they signed up for the swap.

Example:
Number 1- One New Year's Day Card for January (Jessica W.)
Number 12- One Christmas Card for December (Val)
Number 13- Any Occasion Card
Number 14- Birthday Card
Number 15- Get Well Card
Number 16- Sympathy Card

Here is
My Second Option/Suggestion:

making 16 cards...16 cards of your month including
numbers 13, 14, 15 and 16. You do not have to make the same card or the same holiday but it has to be for your month and that is where the website above comes in handy, lol.  The exception to this will be numbers 13, 14, 15 and 16 since we do not have 16 months right? but they still don't have to be the same card but it must be the theme for that number.

and
My Third Option/Suggestion:
making one card for each month's holiday/special occasion including numbers 13, 14, 15 and 16 for a  total of 16 cards too.

What do you think?
 and
if you do the 16 cards,
How long will you need to make them?
4-6-8 weeks?
and...
If you decide to do the "just one card" you will have the two weeks I said

I do not want anybody to feel rushed or stressed about this... just wanted to remind you.
This is for fun, this is to share our work and to meet new friends.
No Stress Allowed, ok?
NOTE: Dawn has a retreat from July 16 to Aug 9th. We must keep that in mind so she can participate.

I need your choice by Monday July 12
If you can't  decide I will use Random.org to pick an option
(hehehe, I love that site...then you can blame it on random not me...hehehe)
Until then
A Big Hug to All

  5. I missed out on the opportunity to participate. :( But wanted to let you know that I posted the awards you so generously gave me and wanted to say "Thank You" - Good luck with your card swap. Can't wait to see your next project. I am going to take a moment and peruse what I've been missing. Can I just say I love them all now instead of commenting individually? Cause I know before looking that I'll adore each one! Take care. Kris
