GOT SNOW?...using cardboard tubes

this week the challenge is christmas in july and you are invited to join in the fun.

my project?
 -a totally handmade christmas/winter decoration-

Got snow?
 re-purposing/re-claiming paper towels rolls
4", 5" and 6"
all it took was one paper towel roll cut into 3 different pieces, some black cardstock, felt, hole puncher, glue, diamond dust ( but you can use glitter or just white paint) and some embellies to make these set of 3 cute snowman.
