HAPPY BIRD-DAY

 HELLO ALL

Happy Bird-Day
5.5" x 4.25"

the cute bird is from "four legged friends" but he has just 2 legs, hehe
and the 'happy bird-day" is from the MPS clear stamps set called "tweetie hoo puns",  released last year.

the mini accordion flower measures only half an inch and with my no good hands took me forever to shape it. :P
the paper is from an old stash from we r memory keepers. the branches are from a ms paper punch.

this is the entire card-front view.

enjoy!

  1. I *heart* your bi-pedal friend :) He is really cute. The blue paper looks amazing on him.

I tried one of those flowers ONCE, but mine didn't work out as well as yours! They are a lot of work, but worth it IMHO if they come out as nice as yours did. Great choice of papers...that WrMK background paper is really fun.

  8. Love this card. Colors are perfect. Also, I have the Four Legged Friends and wasn't that impressed with it. Having Cats I thought it would be perfect...the cats are to scrawny(not sure if that is a word)looking. But I will take another look at it after seeing your card. Thanks much.

  15. Hi Agnes!
What a cute birdie! I have this cart, but it only seems when I see someone else use one, what's really on it! What am I looking at when I look at them?(duh!) And your accordion flower? Adorable!! Yep I made ONE too! My hands don't cooperate most of the time, so it's not easy (heck, if I did't go over this comment & fix it, you wouldn't be able to read it-my fingers type what they want!) Keep up the GOOD work!!
God Bless & Hugs from R.I.,

  17. I love your four legged friend..hehe! I thought the same thing when I first saw it on the cart! I also thought the snake didn't fit to well into the four legged category either! Oh well! I absolutely love what you did with this birdie! I've never cut him before but now I think I'm going to! The bright papers and patterns are wonderful!

  18. Love that texture on the bird! I know it is late....but did you realize if you look at your card from different angles the head on the bird would look just as good upside down??, LOL! Love your pleated flower...just got Mr. Holtz's small rosette die yesterday, I let you know if it any easier that way :)
