Welcome to our last Cre8tive Hands Friends post.
Michelle, designer and owner of Cre8tive Hands Friends need to take some time off. She apologizes and her apologies are accepted, of course. Family always comes first and we all know life is life, right?
These are sad news but we have some good news too: Michelle will be offering some of her digi stamps, free of charge for this time being, on her personal blog Cre8tive Hands. Just because she is an amazing individual, kind like no other and has a huge heart.
I wish her the best and I will be counting the days of her comeback.

For today's sad but special announcement I made a super cute shaker card (IMO) with an easel on the back for easy display.
It is from a summer series Michelle had designed.
I have seen some of my teammates work with some different images from the set and they all look awesome.
Anyway, here is my take on the assigned image.
Sunny Days
6 x 4-1/4"
I normally do not make this size of cards but my shaker card needed room to shake those pretty sequins.
Isn't that a pretty font? I used a very thin layer of diamond stickles over the letters.
I used a clear stamp for the sea shells on the bottom left and a couple of paper punched clouds. The acetate used is from an old Recollections pack I have had in my stash for years. (LESSON LEARNED HERE: Never get rid of your old supplies because you never know when they will be needed again, lol).
The image was printed, fuzzy cut and colored with alcohol markers. I wanted the shack to look distressed and fainted from being close to the ocean and I wanted the sun really bright suffering from its own heat. hehe.
I used a Sizzix die for the easel.
Being almost summer I am enjoying the scenery on this card. The whole series is so refreshing making you dream of palm trees on a nice beach.
I wish many "Sunny Days" to darling Michelle.

Sad to say the Michelle's Digi Club and Etsy shop will also be closing its doors until notice.
Now is time for you to check the DT projects out and don't forget to follow Cre8tive Hands to cheer my friend a bit. Plus, you can still get some freebies because of her unmeasured kindness to all.
Have a great day
and
Thanks for stopping by!
