RED FOX TREATS

Hi all, hoping you 'Enjoy' today's post and help your creative side with some gift container/package ideas for the upcoming holiday seasons. I created these cookie holders for Thanksgiving but as we already know, they can be used for any event, from birthdays to weddings and more.

I used die cuts for all the needed parts but you can also find many templates online if you need to. My next step was to emboss the front of the container, fold the scored lines and add some strong adhesive like score tape to the sides, where I needed to form the container.

I also used some of this amazing product from Kuretake Gansai Tambi called 'Starry Colors' on the 'Enjoy' word and leaves. This product is like perfect pearls but much better. You just need a bit of water to activate and see the magic move in front of your eyes: like melting gold. You will be enchanted on how beautifully is. The set has 6 different dreamy pigments and they will all amaze you.

After I applied the red gold pigment, which dries almost immediately, I grouped my leaves in set of threes, added a bit of Tombow liquid glue to adhere and layer them to the top right side of the container and finally I put my super cute red foxes together and added them to that cluster of leaves.

I had baked some peanut butter cookies to give to some very caring team of health professionals who I have been admiring lately and these handmade treat containers will add a touch of love and caring of my to my 'Thank You' treats.

All cardstock used comes from the beautiful collection "Flavors Gourmet' from Cut Cardstock and I find it to be an excellent cardstock to work with. The colors I used are: Caramelized  Mustard, Lemongrass, Moroccan Cocoa, Rubbed Sage and Tangelo.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

A SET OF NOTE CARDS IN BOX

just for fun and because it was my turn to post at

i hope you like my card set and box and give you some ideas.

i am using FINLEY from Glitz.
it is a beautiful collection and i love the bright colors of it all.

NOTES
-pic heavy-
using my cricut expression i made cut the box. it is from tags, bags, boxes and more.
it measures 3" wide and 3-7/8" tall. take note the size i used in my cricut was 5.50".

here you can see it when closed.
i used a few supplies from stash but the papers and alpha stickers are from FINLEY
the burlap is from dcwv and cuts fine using my cuttlebug.

i made three note cards that go inside and i embellished them but left some space for a handwritten note or small photo. in addition the back has been covered with the same paper,  if needed, for more pics or message.

i used different patterned papers from FINLEY.
i distressed the edges and inked them with brown ink. i added some stickers also from FINLEY: arrow and date.

the lucky to know you was hand stamped using a red rubber stamp from unity.

a side view from the box.

and here is the complete set.

always happy you stopped by and i hope you all had a great holiday.

just a reminder, if interested:
we are offering FREE SHIPPING with any order of $50 and up.

have a great week!

CHRISTMAS IN JULY DAY THREE

this is my wall art project for the home decor part of the
CHRISTMAS IN JULY EVENT

(i am aware of the photos not showing up yesterday at the hostess blog
thanks for letting me know. i contacted gisella and she will take care of it asap).

this project is not an original idea of mine but similar
to something i saw on the web and twisted it a bit to make it my own.
--here we go--

........Wishing You........
Happy Holidays
......................................................

size: 7" x 8.5"

pretty, huh?

i used my cricut for all the cuts since my paper trimmer tends to disappoint me--- :(

(remember to click on the pics for zooming in)

i chose a green pattern paper for the background and glued to the base of a thick chipboard.

the first yellow strip is 7" x 1.5".
the holly paper is 7" x 7.75"

the mat for the title was cut at 3.8" x 1.3" using ashlyn's alphabet for this shape. it is image#27 using the icon creative feature.

all the rectangles strips are 3" x .75".
the green strip to the right measures 2" x 7" with its mat.

the holly border and red snowflake are from K&CO and so are the rest of the chipboard embellishments, except the star brad.

this cute pocket holding the candy canes is from tags, bags, boxes and more
(image# 48)

BINGO

i want to take a moment here and thank you all for the prayers and best wishes. it touches my heart and i appreciate you taking the time to say it. i go to the doctors today and see what kind of magic wand she has ;p...i will update as soon as possible, in the meantime i am still dealing with the situation.
-------

we had to get inspired by a children's game this week at
and i remember playing Bingo with my family since i was a very young girl. we also played lots of dominoes. these games bring back lots of nice childhood memories.

and...since you all know i am in love with the inch bag from tags, bags, boxes and more--cricut cartridge--i decided to use it again.
this be inch bag is a very versatile cut and you can weld to it or re-size it any way you want.
below is my project for the challenge.
Bingo
5 inch bag
(this was the second one i made since i wasn't pleased with the other one--;p)
the "adore" bingo cards are from jenni bowlin--i had one of these for a while-while now, and since i wanted to use more than one for this project, i scanned it and printed a bunch of them :P--the markers are the little hearts, cute huh?--you also can see the dry embossing. i used a sizzix folder which i always put through my cuttlebug with no problems.
i have used two different kind of twine and a crinkle ribbon from kristen and a bit of ink here and there.

added a heart charm, some bling and done...simple right? well not that simple since i am so very picky, lol.

this is it for today.

hope you like it and i will be back as soon as possible.

love you all--!!
and welcome to my new followers, yay--!!
a big hug to all of you--!!

MY PINK STAMPER PROJECT

and...
This is my contribution for this month of April to the
My Pink Stamper Designers
project
Spring Treats.
My partner Jo has her sweet project up too.
You are going to drool when you see hers, lol.
We are teamed and our week is the
third week of April, May and June.

BACK TO BASICS
(is a small kraft bag you can use for any purpose.
I am using it here to share some of my flower seeds with my neighbor).

Back to Basics
is an One Inch Bag from the TBBM cricut cartridge. You can find this bag on page #128 of the cartridge handbook.

---cut at w11 x h5.75 inches using a Martha Stewart cardstock in kraft color.

---the two shapes (called card 1) are from the sentimental cricut cartridge on page #65.
One is cut at w4.25 x h3.4 and the other one is cut at w4.5 x h3.5 inches. the brown shadow shape cardstock is from DCWV Green stack and the green color shape is from the paper studio/pink armadillo small stack.

---the back to basics phrase is also from the sentimental cricut cartridge on page #40 and cut at w2.5 x h3.5 inches. the shadow cardstock is an MS kraft cs again and the blue patterned paper is from colorbok/friendly forest. i used my white gelly roll pen from sakura to add some dot doodles to the letters.

---the red flower is from the stamping solutions cricut cartridge, #20 on the overlay pad and cut at 1 inch.

---the green gem is from my stash, lol and the red dotted ribbon from american crafts. the whole project was inked and the flower was popped with foam adhesive.

---the small tags are from TBBM cut at 1.75-1.50 inches high and the sentiment and mini flower on them are from my pink stamper clear rubber stamps, simply sweet occasions set.

***my idea on this back to basics bag is to put some packets of my gardening/flower/herbs seeds in it and give it as a Spring Treat Gift. the seed packets shown on the photo are from a template you can find on the web (gardenandcraftsdotcom). You can modif
y this bag and embellish it for any other season/holiday as needed.

 SHOPPING BAG/CHIRP
This other small bag was made with birds in mind.
(I love my wild birds and I feed them all year long).
You can use it for any other purpose too and both can be change to suit your needs.
I hope you enjoy it and if you have any questions about my projects please do not hesitate to use the

Thanks so much for stopping by and for all the support you give me.
